If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a defect, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage on WhatsApp at +92 323 2632105.
If you received the wrong fragrance or size, we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once the seal has been broken. We strongly recommend using our Fragrance Quiz before purchasing to find your best match.
Sealed and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash as per your preference.
