Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required.

We accept Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash. After payment, please send a screenshot to our WhatsApp number for confirmation. Payment details are shown at checkout.

Once you place your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You will also receive a WhatsApp message from us confirming your order details and estimated delivery date within a few hours.

Delivery within Karachi takes 1–2 business days. For all other cities across Pakistan, delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Ranain fragrances are original creations — our own signature scents crafted exclusively for our brand. They are not copies or replicas of any other fragrance. Each scent has its own unique identity, notes and story.

Our Eau de Parfum concentration gives 6–10 hours of wear on skin depending on your body chemistry, skin moisture and the specific fragrance. Applying to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) and moisturised skin significantly improves longevity.

Eau de Parfum (EDP) is a fragrance concentration of typically 15–20% aromatic compounds. It is stronger and longer-lasting than Eau de Toilette (EDT), making it ideal for all-day wear. All Ranain fragrances are Eau de Parfum.

Keep your fragrance away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Store it in a cool, dry place — ideally in its box. Avoid leaving it in your car or bathroom as temperature changes degrade the scent over time.

Spray onto pulse points — your wrists, the sides of your neck, behind your ears, and inside your elbows. These areas generate warmth which helps the fragrance project. Do not rub your wrists together as this breaks down the top notes. Apply to moisturised skin for maximum longevity.

Midnight King is our most exclusive, signature fragrance — available in 50ml only as a deliberate design choice. Its exclusivity is part of its identity. Think of it as a limited prestige offering rather than a standard product.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened and in original condition. Personal preference is not grounds for return. Read the full Return Policy here.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please take photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges are possible within 7 days if the product is completely unused and sealed. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange request before sending anything back.
